With almost 3 decades of progressive responsibility and experience in Business Development and Retail Sales as well as Technical and General Management in the Energy Industry. His unique blend of skills, knowledge and insights is rooted in an undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies. As well as two post graduate degrees in Business Administration and and Maintenance and Reliability Engineering granted by the Nova Southeastern University in Florida and Monash University in Australia. He was responsible for the formation of a new Division within the Utility Company in 2012 known as the Energy Solutions Division, which transformed the perception and service of the utility. Through this vehicle, it ventured into retail level Renewable Energy Systems and Commercial Grade Energy Audits. During this period the now recognizable ESTORE Brand was conceptualized, along with the flagship product Digital Energy Timer designed by a local inventor and Engineer. Seven (7) retail outlets were launched, and just under 300 KW of Renewable Energy systems were installed as well as several Energy Audit contracts were also executed in 2 years. He now serves on the Academic Advisory Committee for the Electrical and Engineering program at the University of the West Indies.
